Une Victoire pour le Service Public de transport urbain!

La SEMOP AGGLO'BUS est ravie d'annoncer une décision judiciaire favorable confirmant le maintien de la vente à bord au sein de notre réseau de bus urbain.

Cette résolution met fin à des mois de contestation devant les tribunaux par le Comi- té Social et Économique (CSE) de notre entreprise.
Cette décision renforce notre engagement envers l'accessibilité et la commodité pour les usagers, tout en préservant une tradition de service qui contribue au bien-être de la communauté.

Le CSE avait intenté cette action sous des prétextes fallacieux, cherchant à remettre en question une organisation qui a fait ses preuves.

This resolution puts an end to months of court challenges by our company's Social and Economic Committee (CSE).

The CSE brought this action under false pretexts, seeking to call into question an organization that has proven itself.
We deeply regret this insidious approach by the CSE, which seems motivated by considerations contrary to the general interest and the interest of employees.
