CHRU : Le projet médical franchit une nouvelle étape

Toute la semaine, les professionnels ont échangé autour du projet médico-soignant du CHRU de Guyane. Les directrices des soins, cadres supérieurs et certains cadres de santé ont échangé dessus mardi, afin d’apporter leur contribution. Ils vont poursuivre le travail pour développer le volet soignant du projet. Le même jour, les directions administratives ont discuté du renforcement du GHT, via l’initiative GHT+ pour accompagner la création du CHRU. Une rencontre a également eu lieu avec l’Association des maires de Guyane pour répondre à leurs questions sur l’avancée du projet.

L’élaboration du projet médico-soignant du futur CHRU de Guyane rentre dans la dernière ligne droite. L’objectif est qu’il soit validé par l’Agence régionale de santé en fin d’année. Une première version sera présentée au comité stratégique (Costrat) du groupement hospitalier de territoire (GHT) ainsi qu’au collège médical de groupement (CMG), le 19 octobre. Cette version sera alors transmise à l’ARS qui y apportera ses commentaires. Les filières le nécessitant poursuivront leurs travaux et leurs échanges avec l’ARS, en vue de la rédaction de la version finale.

Avant cela, cette semaine, plusieurs rencontres ont eu lieu pour discuter du document. Mercredi, il a été présenté aux conseils de surveillance et aux commissions médicales d’établissement des trois hôpitaux de Cayenne, Kourou et Saint-Laurent du Maroni. Les participants ont pu constater les avancées sur un nombre significatif des trente-deux filières de soins et poser leurs questions. Ce fut le cas au sujet de l’organisation des soins palliatifs, de l’organisation de la chirurgie entre les trois hôpitaux ou encore du développement de la médecine du sport, dans un territoire très jeune avec des sportifs de haut niveau. L’objectif reste de définir une organisation territoriale pour chacune des activités. La rédaction de ce projet médical était un préalable pour avancer sur les autres chantiers du CHRU

La veille, une première réunion s’est tenue avec les soignants, autour des directrices des soins, des cadres supérieurs et de cadres de santé. Il leur a été demandé leurs retours, propositions, points de vue sur cette version en cours du projet médico-soignant. Les participants ont décidé de poursuivre leur réflexion lors de groupes de travail, filière par filière. Une première version du volet soignant du projet devrait être finalisée dans les prochains mois. Dans le même temps, des échanges ont eu lieu avec les directions des hôpitaux pour que le groupement hospitalier de territoire (GHT) accompagne la montée en puissance jusqu’à la création du CHRU, attendue en 2025.

All week, professionals discussed the medical-care project of the CHRU of Guyana. Care directors, senior managers and certain health executives discussed this on Tuesday, in order to make their contribution. They will continue the work to develop the care component of the project. The same day, the administrative departments discussed the strengthening of the GHT, via the GHT+ initiative to support the creation of the CHRU. A meeting also took place with the Association of Mayors of Guyana to answer their questions on the progress of the project.

The development of the medical-care project for the future CHRU of Guyana is entering the home stretch. The objective is for it to be validated by the Regional Health Agency at the end of the year. A first version will be presented to the strategic committee (Costrat) of the regional hospital group (GHT) as well as to the group medical college (CMG) on October 19. This version will then be transmitted to the ARS which will provide its comments. The sectors requiring it will continue their work and their discussions with the ARS, with a view to drafting the final version.

Before that, this week, several meetings took place to discuss the document. On Wednesday, it was presented to the supervisory boards and the establishment medical commissions of the three hospitals of Cayenne, Kourou and Saint-Laurent du Maroni. Participants were able to see progress in a significant number of the thirty-two care sectors and ask their questions. This was the case with regard to the organization of palliative care, the organization of surgery between the three hospitals or even the development of sports medicine, in a very young territory with high-level athletes. The objective remains to define a territorial organization for each of the activities. Writing this medical project was a prerequisite for moving forward on other CHRU projects

The day before, a first meeting was held with caregivers, around care directors, senior managers and health executives. They were asked for their feedback, proposals and points of view on this current version of the medical-care project. The participants decided to continue their reflection during working groups, sector by sector. A first version of the healthcare component of the project should be finalized in the coming months. At the same time, discussions took place with hospital management so that the regional hospital group (GHT) supports the ramp-up until the creation of the CHRU, expected in 2025.
