6ème Forum des Langues de Guyane

A l’occasion de la Journée Internationale de la Langue Maternelle promue par l’UNESCO, la CTG organise un « Forum des Langues de Guyane » annuel, offrant l’opportunité aux institutions publiques, aux acteurs privés, associatifs, scientifiques et universitaires de présenter l’actualité de leurs projets sur les langues de Guyane (amérindiennes, bushinengues et créole guyanais) auprès du grand public. Initialement prévu le 21 février dernier, l’événement a finalement été reporté en raison du contexte sanitaire.

Dans le cadre du Schéma Territorial de Développement Culturel 2020- 2024 qui préconise la préservation du multilinguisme et la promotion du patrimoine linguistique guyanais, la Collectivité Territoriale de Guyane (CTG) organise le 6ème Forum des Langues de Guyane.

Cette manifestation, qui s’inscrit dans le volet “favoriser l’interculturalité et le plurilinguisme”, fait suite à la participation des élus territoriaux Jean-Paul Fereira et Jocelyn Thérèse aux États Généraux du multilinguisme des Outre-mer, à la Réunion, du 25 au 28 octobre 2021.

Programme prévisionnel

– 18h30 : Ouverture du forum, par Gabriel Serville, président de la Collectivité Territoriale de Guyane (CTG) ou par son représentant, Serge Long Him Nam, conseiller territorial, délégué aux Langues et Cultures régionales

1. Présentation du dictionnaire analogique bilingue « Wayana omi jatëku » « wayana au cœur des mots » ;
2. Réflexion sur les « entités de la nature en fête chez les Wayana à travers « l’eputop » « maraké », par Tapinkili ANAIMAN, Tasikale ALUPKI, acteurs de la transmission de la langue et culture Wayana et Eliane Camargo, ethnolinguiste en langues amérindiennes. (15mn);
3. Présentation du projet “YENGAKATU”, les Belles Chansons : anthologie des chants wayampi du Haut-Oyapock, par les témoins et détenteurs des des grands chants cérémoniels. (15mn)

4. Présentation d’un projet de collecte et d’enregistrement par la réalisation d’un livret et audio de contes des communautés culturelles et linguistiques de Guyane – Conte en langue Bushenengue Djuka, par Paulette AMOEDANG, Présidente de l’association « les éditions Ayé ». (15mn)

5. Méthodologies proposées pour la réalisation d’un ouvrage en langue créole «Rémèd kréyol man LOUISON yan », par Marie FLEURY, Ethnobotaniste au Muséum National d’Histoire Naturelle et Robert LOE-MIE, sociolinguistique en langue et culture créole. (15mn).

On the occasion of the International Day of the Mother Language promoted by UNESCO, the CTG organizes an annual "Forum of the Languages of French Guiana", offering the opportunity to public institutions, private actors, associations, scientists and universities to present the news of their projects on the languages of French Guiana (Amerindian, Bushinengues and Guyanese Creole) to the general public. Initially scheduled for February 21, the event was finally postponed due to the health context.

As part of the Territorial Cultural Development Plan 2020-2024, which advocates the preservation of multilingualism and the promotion of French Guiana's linguistic heritage, the Territorial Collectivity of French Guiana (CTG) is organizing the 6th Language Forum of French Guiana.

This event, which is part of the "promoting interculturality and multilingualism" section, follows the participation of territorial elected officials Jean-Paul Fereira and Jocelyn Thérèse in the States General of Multilingualism in Overseas Territories, Reunion, October 25 to 28, 2021.

– 6:30 p.m.: Opening of the forum, by Gabriel Serville, president of the Territorial Collectivity of French Guiana (CTG) or by his representative, Serge Long Him Nam, territorial adviser, delegate for regional languages and cultures

1. Presentation of the bilingual analogical dictionary “Wayana omi jatëku” “wayana at the heart of words”;
2. Reflection on the "entities of nature celebrating among the Wayana through the "eputop" "maraké", by Tapinkili ANAIMAN, Tasikale ALUPKI, actors in the transmission of the Wayana language and culture and Eliane Camargo, ethnolinguist in languages Native Americans. (15 mins);
3. Presentation of the “YENGAKATU” project, the Beautiful Songs: anthology of wayampi songs from Haut-Oyapock, by the witnesses and bearers of the great ceremonial songs. (15 mins)

4. Presentation of a collection and recording project through the production of a booklet and audio of tales from the cultural and linguistic communities of French Guiana – Story in the Bushenengue Djuka language, by Paulette AMOEDANG, President of the association “les éditions Aye”. (15 mins)

5. Methodologies proposed for the production of a work in Creole language “Rémèd kréyol man LOUISON yan”, by Marie FLEURY, Ethnobotantist at the National Museum of Natural History and Robert LOE-MIE, sociolinguistics in Creole language and culture. (15 mins).
