2ème séance du Comité de Pilotage du projet de CHRU 2025 en Guyane

Ce mardi 25 janvier, les 84 membres du comité territorial de pilotage du projet CHRU de Guyane ont été conviés en visioconférence pour faire le point sur les avancées du projet de centre hospitalier régional et universitaire de Guyane.

Cette séance, co-présidée par le président de la CTG et le Préfet représenté par la directrice générale de l’ARS Guyane, a donné lieu à des échanges nombreux et variés. Elus, professionnels de santé et de la recherche, représentants de l’académie, de l’université et des établissements de santé, représentants des patients et des personnes handicapées, se sont exprimés sur les axes de travail en cours.

Ces échanges ont notamment permis :

- De confirmer l’engagement collectif autour du projet, dans son volet soin comme dans son volet formation et recherche en santé;
- De stabiliser charte de fonctionnement du comité, et de commencer à envisager la constitution de comités techniques thématiques (attractivité, financements, transports...) ;
- De discuter des principaux axes du nouveau Projet régional de santé, détaillant les nouvelles activités de soin à développer et les zones d’implantation de celles-ci (hôpitaux de proximité notamment). Le nouveau Projet régional de santé est actuellement en cours de concertation auprès de la Conférence régionale de santé et de l’Assemblée territoriale de Guyane;
- De partager les premiers éléments d’estimation financière du projet de CHRU, incluant les grands investissements nécessaires pour renforcer les trois hôpitaux, les CDPS et le numérique en santé;
- D’exposer les sources de financement déjà pré-identifiées (FEDER 2020-2027, Ségur de la Santé), et de s’entendre sur l’importance d’un travail conjoint pour parvenir à mobiliser des financements complémentaires;
- De présenter les coûts actuels des transports sanitaires, liés en partie à l’insuffisance de l’offre de soins, et de relever le caractère essentiel du développement des infrastructures aériennes de transports, tant pour les patients que les professionnels, enseignants et étudiants en santé.

Cette deuxième séance du Comité de pilotage a confirmé, par les points présentés comme par les questions, témoignages et propositions recueillies, de ce que le projet de CHRU avance résolument, dans la concertation la plus large et dans l’intérêt de tous les Guyanais.

This Tuesday, January 25, the 84 members of the territorial steering committee of the CHRU project in French Guiana were invited by videoconference to take stock of the progress of the project for a regional and university hospital center in French Guiana.

This session, co-chaired by the President of the CTG and the Prefect represented by the Director General of ARS French Guiana, gave rise to many and varied exchanges. Elected officials, health and research professionals, representatives of the academy, the university and health establishments, representatives of patients and people with disabilities, spoke about the areas of work in progress.

These exchanges notably enabled:

- To confirm the collective commitment around the project, in its care component as well as in its health training and research component;
- To stabilize the committee's operating charter, and to start considering the creation of thematic technical committees (attractiveness, financing, transport, etc.);
- To discuss the main axes of the new Regional Health Project, detailing the new care activities to be developed and the areas where they will be located (local hospitals in particular). The new Regional Health Project is currently being consulted with the Regional Health Conference and the Territorial Assembly of French Guiana;
- To share the first elements of the financial estimate of the CHRU project, including the major investments necessary to strengthen the three hospitals, the CDPS and digital health;
- To present the sources of funding already pre-identified (ERDF 2020-2027, Ségur de la Santé), and to agree on the importance of joint work to succeed in mobilizing additional funding;
- To present the current costs of medical transport, linked in part to the inadequacy of the supply of care, and to highlight the essential nature of the development of air transport infrastructures, both for patients and professionals, teachers and students in health.

This second meeting of the Steering Committee confirmed, by the points presented as well as by the questions, testimonies and proposals collected, that the CHRU project is moving forward resolutely, in the broadest consultation and in the interest of all Guianese.
