Programme de la visite du ministre des Outre-mer, Sébastien LECORNU

Du vendredi 24 au mardi 28 septembre 2021, le ministre des Outre-mer, Sébastien LECORNU sera en visite sur le sol guyanais.

Vendredi 24 septembre

17h00 : Arrivée du ministre Sébastien LECORNU à l'aéroport de Cayenne – Félix Éboué, qui sera accueilli par Thierry QUEFFELEC, préfet de Guyane

18h15 : Cérémonie d’hommage aux Morts pour la France à la Place du Coq à Cayenne

Samedi 25 septembre
10h15 : Visite du service des urgences du Centre Hospitalier Andrée Rosemond de Cayenne, suivi d'une allocution aux soignants et au monde de la santé;

15h30 : Visite de l’exposition France Relance et rencontre avec les porteurs de projets au Family Plaza de Matoury;

16H15 : Table ronde avec les acteurs économiques de Guyane au Family Plaza de Matoury;

17h00 : Entretien avec le président de la Collectivité Territoriale de Guyane M. Gabriel SERVILLE.

Dimanche 26 septembre
Le ministre se rendra à Maripasoula pour l'inauguration de son marché (11h), suivi d'une Rencontre avec les personnels soignants à l'hôpital de proximité (12h00). Un temps sera dédié à la lutte contre l’orpaillage illégal (14h30).

Lundi 27 septembre
11h30 : Signature de l’accord territorial entre l’État et la CTG et du COROM d’Iracoubo à l'Hôtel préfectoral de Cayenne

Mardi 28 septembre
10h00 : Inauguration du site ELA 4 au Centre Spatial Guyanais de Kourou.

Friday September 24
5:00 p.m: Arrival of Minister Sébastien LECORNU at Cayenne - Félix Éboué airport, who will be greeted by Thierry QUEFFELEC, Prefect of French Guiana

6.15 p.m: Ceremony of homage to the Dead for France at Place du Coq in Cayenne

Saturday September 25
10:15 am: Visit to the emergency department of the Andrée Rosemond Hospital Center in Cayenne, followed by a speech to caregivers and the world of health;

3:30 p.m: Visit of the France Relance exhibition and meeting with the project leaders at the Family Plaza in Matoury;

4:15 p.m: Round table with economic players from French Guiana at the Family Plaza in Matoury;

5:00 p.m: Interview with the president of the Territorial Collectivity of French Guiana, Mr. Gabriel SERVILLE.

Sunday September 26
The Minister will go to Maripasoula for the inauguration of its market (11 a.m.), followed by a meeting with the nursing staff at the local hospital (12 p.m.). Time will be dedicated to the fight against illegal gold mining (2:30 p.m.).

Monday September 27
11:30 am: Signature of the territorial agreement between the State and CTG and COROM of Iracoubo at the Prefectural Hotel in Cayenne

Tuesday September 28
10:00 am: Inauguration of the ELA 4 site at the Guyanese Space Center in Kourou.
