Retour sur la rencontre avec l’ensemble des organisations syndicales du SDIS Guyane

Gabriel Serville, président de la Collectivité Territoriale de Guyane a reçu hier après-midi l’ensemble des organisations syndicales représentées au sein du SDIS973, aux côtés du Colonel Frédéric Robert, directeur départemental du SDIS973, Nestor Govindin, 1er vice-président du SDIS973 et de plusieurs élus de la majorité (Roger Aron, Chester Léonce, Tiarrah Steenwinkel, Samantha Cyriaque, Sherly Alcin et Enrico William).

Cette audience a permis de poursuivre le travail de réflexion entrepris samedi 21 août 2021 autour de la mise en place du Plan de Reprise d’Activité et de préciser les conditions dans lesquelles la direction et le personnel se conformeront aux obligations en matière de test.

Une solution d’auto-test est notamment envisagée.

Le dispositif sera présenté dès aujourd'hui aux organisations syndicales par le Colonel Robert, directeur départemental du SDIS, et fera en fin de journée l’objet d’un échange entre le président de la Collectivité Territoriale de Guyane et le Préfet.

This hearing made it possible to continue the reflection work undertaken on Saturday, August 21, 2021 around the implementation of the Business Resumption Plan and to specify the conditions under which management and staff will comply with the obligations in terms of testing.

In particular, a self-test solution is envisaged.

The device will be presented today to trade unions by Colonel Robert, departmental director of SDIS, and will be the subject of an exchange at the end of the day between the president of the Territorial Collectivity of French Guiana and the Prefect.
