Le réseau AGGLO'BUS victime d'un blocage par l'UTG

Le réseau AGGLO'BUS et ses usagers ont une fois de plus été pris en otage par certains membres de l'UTG AGGLO'BUS. Les autres syndicats présents à la SEMOP AGGLO'BUS, CFTC et FO, ont alors « pris acte du blocage conduit par l'UTG » et ont dénoncé la violation des droits des usagers et des salariés.

«Nous ne comprenons pas aujourd'hui pourquoi l'UTG se rétracte en se désolidarisant de ce mouvement illégal et affirme ne pas en être à l'origine.

Nous rappelons que ce mouvement a débuté le vendredi 30 avril 2021 par un salarié mécontent de n'avoir perçu la part de son salaire qui devait être versée par la CGSS de la Guyane et qui, de ce fait et avec l’accord de certains responsables syndicaux, a décidé de bloquer le portail du dépôt, paralysant ainsi tout le réseau de transports publics.

Le mouvement illégal de solidarité s'est arrêté et, heureusement, le réseau a repris depuis le jeudi 6 mai au matin normalement.

La Direction et tout le service des ressources humaines restent entièrement disponibles pour écouter et accompagner les salariés dans leurs démarches auprès de la CGSS de la Guyane.

Conformément au protocole signé le 31 octobre dernier, notamment par l’UTG, la subrogation a pris fin en janvier 2021 et tous les salariés en ont été informés et invités à se faire accompagner dans les démarches.

Il ne peut être reproché à la direction de la SEMOP le refus de salariés qui ne veulent pas entamer leurs démarches personnelles auprès de la CGSS de la Guyane, étant rappelé que tous les salariés entreprennent normalement ce type de démarches.

La Direction de la SEMOP reste toujours à l'écoute et s'efforce de renforcer le service des Ressources Humaines pour gérer le social et trouver un dialogue social de qualité. Nous continuerons à mettre les moyens nécessaires en œuvre pour le bien de tous nos salariés, et dans le but de garantir constamment un service public de qualité.

Nous demandons à tous les syndicats et à tous nos salariés de penser au confort de nos usagers, au service public et à l’intérêt général.»

The AGGLO'BUS network and its users have once again been taken hostage by some members of the UTG AGGLO'BUS. The other unions present at SEMOP AGGLO'BUS, CFTC and FO, then "took note of the blocking led by the UTG" and denounced the violation of the rights of users and employees.

“We do not understand today why the UTG retracts by dissociating itself from this illegal movement and claims not to be at the origin of it.

We recall that this movement began on Friday April 30, 2021 by an employee dissatisfied with not having received the part of his salary which was to be paid by the CGSS of French Guyana and which, therefore and with the agreement of some union officials, decided to block the gate of the depot, thus paralyzing the entire public transport network.

The illegal solidarity movement has stopped and, fortunately, the network has resumed since Thursday, May 6 in the morning normally.

Management and the entire human resources department remain fully available to listen to and support employees in their dealings with the CGSS in French Guiana.

In accordance with the protocol signed on October 31, in particular by UTG, the subrogation ended in January 2021 and all employees were informed and invited to be accompanied in the process.

The management of the SEMOP cannot be criticized for the refusal of employees who do not want to initiate their personal procedures with the CGSS of Guyana, it being recalled that all employees normally undertake this type of procedure.

The management of SEMOP always remains attentive and strives to strengthen the Human Resources department to manage social matters and find quality social dialogue. We will continue to implement the necessary means for the good of all our employees, and with the aim of constantly guaranteeing a quality public service.

We ask all unions and all our employees to think about the comfort of our users, the public service and the general interest. "
