Avis du Comité Scientifique Territorial du lundi 29 mars 2021

Une nouvelle réunion du Comité Scientifique Territorial, installé par la Collectivité Territoriale de Guyane (CTG), se tenait ce lundi 29 mars 2021.

À l’issue de cette rencontre, le comité est en capacité d’émettre un certain nombre de recommandations à destination des autorités sanitaires, fondées sur l’évaluation de la situation épidémiologique sur le territoire.

Le comité préconise :

Le strict maintien dans le cadre du transport aérien des mesures suivantes :

- motifs impérieux ;
- test Covid effectué avant le vol,
- septaine d’isolement devant être observée pour toute personne entrant sur le territoire;

Le maintien de la fermeture complète des frontières fluviales.

- Le renforcement de la dynamique de vaccination, notamment en poursuivant le déploiement de plusieurs centres de vaccination sur le territoire, à l’instar du vaccinodrome de l’ENCRE qui sera mis en place à partir du 30 mars 2021. Une initiative accompagnée par la Collectivité Territoriale de Guyane.

Une massification de la vaccination au niveau des zones sensibles en renforçant la dynamique de vaccination au sein des CDPS (Centres Départementaux de Prévention Santé).

Un strict respect des mesures barrières, a fortiori à quelques jours des festivités de Pâques

S’agissant des actions de sensibilisation à la vaccination, le Comité Scientifique Territorial entend travailler de concert avec l’ensemble des acteurs concernés en faveur d’un renforcement de la communication, notamment à travers des actions de proximité. Il s’agit de renforcer l’adhésion de la population à l’importance de la vaccination dans la lutte contre le Covid, a fortiori alors qu’un rebond de l’épidémie est à prévoir.

A new meeting of the Territorial Scientific Committee, installed by the Territorial Collectivity of French Guiana (CTG), was held this Monday, March 29, 2021.

At the end of this meeting, the committee is able to issue a number of recommendations to the health authorities, based on the assessment of the epidemiological situation in the territory.

The committee recommends:

Strict maintenance in the context of air transport of the following measures:

- compelling reasons;
- Covid test carried out before the flight,
- isolation septage to be observed for anyone entering the territory;

Maintaining the complete closure of river borders;

- The strengthening of the vaccination dynamic, in particular by continuing the deployment of several vaccination centers in the territory, like the ENCRE vaccinodrome which will be implemented from March 30, 2021. An initiative supported by the Territorial Collectivity of French Guiana.

A massification of vaccination in sensitive areas by strengthening the vaccination dynamic within the CDPS (Departmental Health Prevention Centers)
Strict compliance with barrier measures, a fortiori a few days before the Easter festivities

Regarding vaccination awareness actions, the Territorial Scientific Committee intends to work in concert with all the actors concerned in favor of strengthening communication, in particular through local actions. The aim is to strengthen the population's support for the importance of vaccination in the fight against Covid, especially when a rebound in the epidemic is expected.
