Migrants de la pointe Buzaré : du constat à l'action

Le Parti Socialiste Guyanais prend acte de l'intensification du phénomène migratoire illégal et de ses conséquences deshumanisantes pour le migrant ainsi que les désordres générés sur les espaces publics tels que la pointe Buzaré ou les Amandiers.

Bien conscient du fait que cette immigration illégale traduit plusieurs réalités historiques, économiques, instabilités politiques. Il en ressort principalement que le migrant fait le choix de notre territoire par défaut et non pas par adhésion à un système ou un modèle sociétal.

Néanmoins, même dans le cas où notre territoire est un lieu de transit, le Parti Socialiste Guyanais interpelle les autorités sur la nécessité de mettre en œuvre une politique migratoire spécifique au Pays Guyane, prenant nécessairement en compte les conséquences des instabilités générées sur le bien-vivre ensemble. Il souhaite, qu'à défaut d'un contrôle plus efficace des entrées sur le territoire qu'une stratégie de prise en charge du migrant soit opérée dés son identification, évitant ainsi une errance suivie d'une occupation anarchique d'un espace public ou privé, dans des conditions d'insalubrité extrême et à la limite du respect de la dignité humaine.

Le Parti Socialiste Guyanais souhaite que des temps d'échanges soient dédiés à cette problématique avec toutes les composantes de notre population.

The Guyanese Socialist Party takes note of the intensification of the illegal migratory phenomenon and its dehumanizing consequences for the migrant as well as the disorders generated in public spaces such as Buzaré point or the Almond trees.

Well aware of the fact that this illegal immigration reflects several historical realities, economic, political instabilities. It emerges mainly from this that the migrant chooses our territory by default and not by adhering to a system or a societal model.

Nevertheless, even in the event that our territory is a place of transit, the Guianese Socialist Party calls on the authorities to implement a specific migration policy in the French Guiana Country, necessarily taking into account the consequences of the instabilities generated on the cohabitation. He would like, in the absence of more effective control of entries into the territory, that a migrant care strategy be implemented as soon as he is identified, thus avoiding wandering followed by anarchic occupation of a public or private space, in conditions of extreme insalubrity and at the limit of respect for human dignity.

The Guianese Socialist Party wants time for discussion to be dedicated to this issue with all components of our population.
