CTG : subvention du domaine sanitaire, social et médico-social

Consciente des défis sanitaires, sociaux, médico-sociaux, à relever sur le territoire, la Collectivité Territoriale de Guyane (CTG) lance la campagne d’attribution de subventions dans le domaine sanitaire, social et médico-social, jusqu’au 31 janvier inclus.

La CTG (Pôle Prévention Solidarité Santé - PPSS) examinera exclusivement les demandes de subvention relatives à des projets d’actions préventives à caractère sanitaire, social ou médico-social qui relèvent des missions de la CTG.

Sont concernés :
Les porteurs de projets dans le domaine social ou médico-social.

Montant des subventions :
Chaque année, l’Assemblée Territoriale fixe le montant des crédits alloués aux subventions de prévention, de solidarité et de santé. Bien que le plus souvent inférieures à 10 000 €, celles-ci peuvent aller jusqu’à 23 000€, selon le budget annuel obtenu.

Modalités de candidature :
L’attribution de subvention est alignée sur le vote du budget de la CTG.

Les demandes sont enregistrées jusqu’au 31 janvier inclus pour l’année en cours afin de faciliter l’examen des demandes, par l’Assemblée Plénière, avant la fin du mois de juin.
Passé ce délai, les dossiers seront mis en attente pour l’année suivante. La réception de la demande de subventions se fait sous forme dématérialisée de préférence, avec toutes les pièces administratives requises.

Liste des pièces à fournir :
✓ Statuts de l’association ;
✓ Formulaire CERFA n° 12156 05
✓ Fiche de présentation synthétique de la demande de subvention (voir avec PPSS)
✓ Déclaration insérée au journal officiel ;
✓ Procès- verbal de la dernière assemblée générale ;
✓ Rapport d’activités de l’année précédente ;
✓ Bilan financier de l’exercice précédent signé et adopté ;
✓ Rapport prévisionnel d’activités ;
✓ Relevé d’identité bancaire

Aware of the health, social, medico-social challenges to be taken up in the territory, the Territorial Collectivity of French Guiana (CTG) is launching the campaign to award grants in the health, social and medico-social field, until January 31 included.

The CTG (Solidarity Health prevention pole - PPSS) will exclusively examine grant applications relating to preventive action projects of a health, social or medico-social nature which fall within the remit of the CTG.

Are concerned :

Project leaders in the social or medico-social field.

Grant amount:
Each year, the Territorial Assembly sets the amount of credits allocated to subsidies for prevention, solidarity and health. Although most often less than € 10,000, these can go up to € 23,000, depending on the annual budget obtained.

Application procedures:
The grant award is aligned with the CTG budget vote.

The requests are registered until January 31 inclusive for the current year in order to facilitate the examination of the requests, by the Plenary Assembly, before the end of June.
After this time, the files will be put on hold for the following year. The receipt of the grant application is preferably in dematerialized form, with all the required administrative documents.

✓ Summary presentation sheet of the grant application (see with PPSS)
✓ Declaration inserted in the official journal;
✓ Minutes of the last general assembly;
✓ Activity report for the previous year;
✓ Financial report for the previous year signed and adopted;
✓ Provisional activity report;
✓ Bank identity statement
