Avis du Comité Scientifique Territorial du lundi 30 novembre 2020

Une nouvelle réunion du Comité Scientifique Territorial, installé par la Collectivité Territoriale de Guyane (CTG), se tenait ce lundi 30 novembre 2020, dans le cadre de la crise sanitaire liée au Covid-19.

À l’issue de cette rencontre, le comité est en capacité d’émettre un certain nombre de recommandations à destination des autorités sanitaires, fondées sur l’évaluation de la situation épidémiologique sur le territoire, à savoir un R0 = 0,97, un chiffre en légère baisse mais encore supérieur à la moyenne nationale, et qui appelle donc à une vigilance accrue sur l’ensemble du
territoire et plus particulièrement à Cayenne, Kourou, Sinnamary, Iracoubo, Montsinéry Tonnégrande et Maripasoula où le taux de reproduction du virus reste supérieur à 1.

- Protection des personnes vulnérables :

Le Comité Scientifique Territorial préconise :

- Le recours aux tests antigéniques par les familles visitant des personnes âgées au sein des EHPAD.
- Le recours aux tests antigéniques avant les regroupements dans le cadre des fêtes de fin d’année en famille.

- Établissements scolaires :

Le Comité Scientifique Territorial préconise la poursuite assidue du protocole sanitaire renforcé mis en place par la Collectivité Territoriale de Guyane au sein des établissements scolaires dont la gestion lui revient, notamment dans le cadre des demi-pensions.

Enfin, le Comité Scientifique Territorial alerte la population sur la nécessité de renforcer sa vigilance et son adhésion aux gestes barrières pour limiter la propagation du virus.

A new meeting of the Territorial Scientific Committee, installed by the Territorial Collectivity of French Guiana (CTG), was held this Monday, November 30, 2020, in the context of the health crisis linked to Covid-19.

At the end of this meeting, the committee is able to issue a certain number of recommendations to the health authorities, based on the assessment of the epidemiological situation in the territory, namely an R0 = 0.97, a slightly lower but still higher than the national average, and which therefore calls for increased vigilance throughout the territory and more particularly in Cayenne, Kourou, Sinnamary, Iracoubo, Montsinéry Tonnégrande and Maripasoula where the reproduction rate of the virus remains greater than 1.

- Protection of vulnerable people:

The Territorial Scientific Committee recommends:

- The use of antigenic tests by families visiting elderly people in EHPADs.
- The use of antigenic tests before reunification within the framework of the end of year family celebrations.

- Educational institutions :

The Territorial Scientific Committee recommends the assiduous pursuit of the reinforced health protocol put in place by the Territorial Collectivity of French Guiana within the schools which it is responsible for managing, in particular in the context of half-pensions.

Finally, the Territorial Scientific Committee is alerting the population to the need to strengthen their vigilance and their support for barrier actions to limit the spread of the virus.
