Rappel de la fermeture des frontières Guyane/ Brésil/ Suriname

En raison de la situation sanitaire, les frontières terrestres, fluviales et aériennes de la Guyane sont toujours fermées à la circulation des personnes. La fermeture des frontières ne concerne pas le flux des marchandises, qui demeure autorisé sous réserve du respect de la réglementation commerciale et douanière.

Flux de personnes :

Tout déplacement de personnes, par voie aérienne, routière ou maritime, par moyen collectif ou privé, à destination ou au départ de la Guyane, est interdit, sauf s’il relève des exceptions prévues par arrêté préfectoral.

La demande d’autorisation exceptionnelle de passage (entrée ou sortie) au poste frontière français doit être adressée à l’autorité préfectorale, avec tous les justificatifs, aux contacts suivants :
- passage au poste frontière français de St Georges : secretariat-SPCI@guyane.pref.gouv.fr
- passage au poste frontière français de St Laurent du Maroni : secretariat-spslm@guyane.pref.gouv.fr

La présentation à la frontière se fait exclusivement sur RDV, à une date et heure précisée au préalable par l’autorité préfectorale, aux points de passage suivants :
- poste frontière français du pont international de l’Oyapok (frontière France-Brésil)
- poste frontière français de l’embarcadère du bac de Saint Laurent du Maroni (frontière France-Suriname).

Les voyageurs entrant en Guyane sont soumis, lors de leur passage au poste frontière français, à un test PCR et doivent respecter une quatorzaine.

Attention : Il revient aux voyageurs concernés de s’assurer directement de l’ouverture du poste frontière brésilien ou surinamais et des conditions exigées par les autorités de ces deux pays pour leur passage au poste frontière brésilien ou surinamais.

Flux de marchandises :
Le service du bac sur le Maroni est maintenu exclusivement pour le transport des marchandises et sur une fréquence réduite à deux rotations par semaine.

Due to the health situation, the land, river and air borders of French Guiana are still closed to the movement of people. The closure of borders does not concern the flow of goods, which remains authorized subject to compliance with trade and customs regulations.

People flow:

Any movement of people, by air, road or sea, by collective or private means, to or from French Guiana, is prohibited, except if it falls under the exceptions provided for by prefectural decree.

The request for an exceptional authorization to pass (entry or exit) at the French border post must be sent to the prefectural authority, with all supporting documents, to the following contacts:
- crossing at the French border post of St Georges: secretariat-SPCI@guyane.pref.gouv.fr
- crossing at the French border post of St Laurent du Maroni: secretariat-spslm@guyane.pref.gouv.fr

Presentation at the border is made exclusively by appointment, at a date and time specified in advance by the prefectural authority, at the following crossing points:
- French border post of the international bridge of the Oyapok (France-Brazil border)
- French border post at the pier of the Saint Laurent du Maroni ferry (France-Suriname border).

Travelers entering French Guiana are subject to a PCR test when passing through the French border post and must comply with a fortnight.

Please note: It is the responsibility of the travelers concerned to ensure the opening of the Brazilian or Surinamese border post and the conditions required by the authorities of these two countries for their passage through the Brazilian or Surinamese border post.

Flow of goods :
The ferry service on the Maroni is maintained exclusively for the transport of goods and on a reduced frequency to two rotations per week.
