La Collectivité Territoriale de Guyane (CTG) informe la population du maintien de l’ouverture de l’ensemble des services de la CTG à l’exception de l’abattoir territorial où deux cas positifs à la Covid-19 ont été confirmés ce jeudi 18 juin 2020.
Afin d’assurer la continuité du service public, la CTG maintient l’ensemble de ses services opérationnels, avec toutefois :
• une adaptation des modalités de travail pour le personnel
• des restrictions au niveau de l’accueil des publics
Pour l’abattoir territorial, suite aux deux cas positifs détectés, les dispositions relatives aux mesures de mise en œuvre du protocole sanitaire national ont immédiatement été appliquées, notamment :
- La mise en quatorzaine des ouvriers et du personnel administratif
- La désinfection des locaux
Le site est donc fermé depuis le jeudi 18 juin 2020 jusqu’au mercredi 1er juillet 2020 inclus.
Une désinfection des locaux est prévue le mardi 23 juin 2020 : il s'agit d'une désinfection renforcée qui nécessite de laisser le site libre de toute occupation avant intervention pendant 72h minimum.
Exceptionnellement des abattages auront lieu jeudi 02 et vendredi 03 juillet 2020, dans le respect des règles sanitaires renforcées.
Conformément aux mesures de mise en œuvre du protocole sanitaire national, de nouvelles mesures organisationnelles seront appliquées à la réouverture en plus des mesures déjà existantes, avec entre autres :
▪ Des moyens d’hygiène complémentaires et renforcés
▪ Une adaptation de l’organisation du travail et du temps nécessaire aux différentes activités en fonction des contraintes exceptionnelles
▪ L’augmentation du temps de nettoyage
Un travail d’investigation des contacts dans le cadre du « contact-tracing » est également réalisé afin de maîtriser le risque de diffusion de la Covid-19.
The Territorial authority of French Guiana (CTG) informs the population of the maintenance of the opening of all the services of the CTG with the exception of the territorial slaughterhouse where two cases positive to Covid-19 were confirmed this Thursday June 18, 2020.
In order to ensure the continuity of the public service, the CTG maintains all of its operational services, with however:
• adaptation of working methods for staff
• restrictions on the reception of the public
For the territorial slaughterhouse, following the two positive cases detected, the provisions relating to the measures for implementing the national health protocol were immediately applied, in particular:
- The fortnight of workers and administrative staff
- Room disinfection
The site is therefore closed from Thursday, June 18, 2020 until Wednesday, July 1, 2020 inclusive.
A disinfection of the premises is planned for Tuesday, June 23, 2020: this is a reinforced disinfection which requires leaving the site free of any occupation before intervention for 72 hours minimum.
Exceptionally slaughterings will take place on Thursday 02 and Friday 03 July 2020, in compliance with the reinforced sanitary rules.
In accordance with the implementation measures of the national health protocol, new organizational measures will be applied to reopening in addition to the already existing measures, with among others:
▪ Complementary and reinforced hygiene means
▪ An adaptation of the work organization and the time required for the different activities according to exceptional constraints
▪ Increased cleaning time
Contact investigation work within the framework of "contact-tracing" is also carried out in order to control the risk of dissemination of the Covid-19.
