Lancement du projet Pépite

Mercredi 19 Février 2020, l’Agence Régionale de Santé de Guyane annoncera officiellement le lancement du projet «PEPITES », nom donné à sa « Plateforme d’Echange et de Partage Informatisée Territoriale En Santé » du territoire guyanais, intégrant une solution de Dossier Patient Informatisé portée par l’éditeur Softway Medical.

PEPITES : Vers une révolution de la Santé en Guyane

Ce Dossier Patient Informatisé, composante essentielle d’un système d’information en réseaux, répond précisément aux enjeux de la Feuille de route ministérielle et permet à la Guyane de s’inscrire dans le projet de loi Ma Santé 2022.

Base de données patients par excellence, la vocation du Dossier Patient Informatisé sera de recueillir les données de santé, permettant à l’ensemble des professionnels de santé d’échanger autour du parcours de soins du patient.

PEPITES : une plateforme à multiples facettes

1. Un outil informatique qui permettra aux établissements sanitaires et médico-sociaux de partager un même dossier au niveau régional mais aussi d’alimenter le DMP ce qui permettra un accès des informations aux autres professionnels;
2. Un espace numérique dédié au partage d’informations, facilitant la continuité de priseen charge du patient pour tous les acteurs (exercice de ville, établissements sanitaires et structures médico-sociales déjà équipés de DPI) et l’accessibilité à un parcours de soins coordonnée;
3. Un espace numérique pour favoriser la recherche épidémiologique et la conduite d’études.

Wednesday February 19, 2020, the French Guiana Regional Health Agency will officially announce the launch of the “PEPITES” project, name given to its “Platform for Exchange and Computerized Territorial Sharing in Health” in French Guiana, integrating a Patient Record solution Computerized by the editor Softway Medical.

PEPITES: Towards a Health Revolution in French Guiana

This Computerized Patient Record, an essential component of a networked information system, responds precisely to the challenges of the Ministerial Roadmap and allows French Guiana to be included in the My Health 2022 bill.

The ultimate patient database, the vocation of the Computerized Patient Record will be to collect health data, allowing all healthcare professionals to discuss the patient's care path.

PEPITES: a multi-faceted platform

1. An IT tool that will allow health and medico-social establishments to share the same file at the regional level but also to feed the DMP which will allow access to information for other professionals;
2. A digital space dedicated to sharing information, facilitating the continuity of patient care for all stakeholders (city exercise, health establishments and medico-social structures already equipped with DPI) and accessibility to a care pathway coordinated;
3. A digital space to promote epidemiological research and the conduct of studies.
