Une formation inédite dédiée à l’Économie sociale et solidaire

Dans le cadre de ses missions de structuration et d’accompagnement de l’Économie Sociale et Solidaire, la CRESS de Guyane a impulsé la mise en place d’une formation à l’attention des cadres dirigeants de l’ESS. De niveau 7 – le plus haut niveau dans la nomenclature du RNCP (Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles).

L’Economie sociale et solidaire, concilie activité économique et équité sociale. En Guyane, l’ESS représente une part significative de l’économie du territoire. Le lancement de la formation Cadre-dirigeant d’entreprise ESS témoigne de l’importance de professionnaliser cette économie protéiforme.

Un maillage unique et inédit qui place la Guyane pionnière en la matière

Cette formation est le résultat d'un engagement fort des administrateurs de la CRESS et du partenariat éclairé qu'ils ont su animer et mettre en place : l'OPCO Uni formation avec la Collectivité Territoriale de Guyane, l'organisme de formation Équinoxe qui la dispense et dont AROBASE est l'organisme certificateur.

Accueil des jeunes enfants, activités sportives, nouvelles formes de travail partagé, insertion par activité économique, les stagiaires sont représentatifs de la réalité de l’ESS en Guyane dont ils témoignent de la richesse. Au cours des 12 prochains mois, ils travailleront sur des thématiques aussi diverses que les politiques publiques et l’analyse des besoins sociaux, la conception, le développement et la coordination de projet social et solidaire ou encore le pilotage stratégique de la performance.

La formation se déroule à raison d’une semaine par mois, un rythme qui permet aux participants tous en poste de s’immerger et se concentrer sur leurs sujets, sans être déconnectés de leur réalité de terrain. En effet, celle-ci contribue à l’enrichissement et au renforcement de leurs pratiques.

La CRESS se félicite avec ses partenaires de l’implantation d’une formation adaptée aux réalités locales et de répondre ainsi à sa mission d’appui à la formation des dirigeants et salariés des secteurs de l’ESS. Afin de contribuer plus largement au développement du territoire.

As part of its structuring and support missions for the Social and Solidarity Economy, the CRESS of Franch Guiana has encouraged the implementation of training for the attention of senior executives of the SSE. Level 7 - the highest level in the RNCP (National Directory of Professional Certifications) nomenclature.

The Social and Solidarity Economy reconciles economic activity and social equity. In French Guiana, the ESS represents a share significant of the economy of the territory. The launch of the ESS Executive Manager training testifies to
the importance of professionalizing this multifaceted economy.

A unique and unprecedented network that places French Guiana as a pioneer in this area

This training is the result of a strong commitment from CRESS administrators and the enlightened partnership they have managed and implemented: OPCO Uni training with the Collectivité Territoriale de Guyane française, the Équinoxe training organization which the exemption and of which AROBASE is the certifying body.

Welcoming young children, sporting activities, new forms of shared work, integration by economic activity, the trainees are representative of the reality of the SSE in French Guiana, of which they bear witness to the richness. Over the next 12 months, they will work on themes as diverse as public policies and the analysis of social needs, the design, development and coordination of social and solidarity projects or even strategic performance management.

The training takes place at the rate of one week per month, a rhythm which allows the participants in the station to immerse themselves and focus on their subjects, without being disconnected from their reality on the ground. Indeed, it contributes to the enrichment and strengthening of their practices.

The CRESS welcomes with its partners the implementation of training adapted to local realities and thus responds to its mission of supporting the training of leaders and employees of the SSE sectors. In order to contribute more widely to the development of the territory.
